My daughter (14) had her braces removed last week. We didn’t ask to have them removed or push for it. We were told they were ready to come off. So they came off. Big surprise, her mind line was off and they left an overbite. Their solution was to put her back into braces to correct their mistake. I’m on kid #3 and Dr Underwood is great. Front desk ladies super sweet. Only have had an issue with one of the blonde older lady assistants not being friendly on more than one occasion and making retainers for my kid that I was charged for without informing me until it was being made. I just prefe to be asked first.
2nd time they did not adjust correctly the upper wire and the appointment system is extremely poor. Try to get Good doctors, not these ones
