The staff is great, the orthodontist is excellent but I find it unacceptable that my son has to have his cheek that looks like hamburger for over two weeks because that is the closest appointment they could give us. I even explained this to the receptionist on the phone the pain that it was causing. The orthodontist even said that his teeth would shift quickly causing the wire to possibly get poky on either side. Now the wire is poking his cheek and the other side is popping out all of the time. RecommendedDr. Henneberry and his staff are incredible. He and the girls make your office visit very welcoming and comfortable. They are kind, knowledgeable, and fun. My daughter and I are both in braces and are actually excited about our ortho journey with this great group of individuals. Henneberry Orthodontics truly care about their patients. We really enjoyed our experience with Dr. Jennifer and her staff. Their doodle therapy dog was there - which was a highlight. ALL staff was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We need to do some oral surgery procedures before we can start braces and Dr. Jennifer's referral was wonderful as well. We look forward to working with Dr. Jennifer on the braces part of our journey.
RecommendedMy son had his first appointment and braces put on the same day. The staff was absolutely AMAZING!!! Dr. Chen was the nicest guy I think I have ever met. I am very pleased that I chose this place for my son to have his experience with braces. Way to go smiles 😁
RecommendedSo my daughter is currently getting her first set braces today. I came in for the consult and they are doing it all in one day...minus the device. They have amazing customer service and are very cheerful. If you come here grumpy....you will leave smiling. I promise that.
