I previously wrote a review describing my experience at Smile District. I have more to add. On Oct. 12, I called and asked to have my x-rays forwarded to my new dentist. I was told that I had to fill out a release form. I did that and mailed it (at the post office) that same day. Nov. 1, my new dentist's office called to say they still had not received the x-rays.
