The people I made the appointment with messed up the time but not a problem.Lexi and Gerry were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Gerry said he had his aligners on and I couldn't even tell! Excited to get started!
Gerry and Lexi turned what would have been a sterile, dull, dental visit for our fourteen year old, into an informative and interesting one! They were knowledgeable about the products and did a great job at making my son feel comfortable and at ease. The scan was fascinating to see and they did not rush us or pressure us in any way! Our visit today cemented our decision to move forward with SmileDirect and I would definitely recommend that others visit this location if they are considering.
