This place is great and so supportive. Karen and Steve helped me. And they described the whole step-by-step process in thorough detail. They kept asking if I had any questions. Overall it was a great experience. I love how they knew everything I vaguely described as a problem in my teeth (they said something along the lines of them working in other dentistry offices before. So, they know what they are doing). Super helpful. Can't wait to start my journey with them!

My first time trying out Smile Direct Club and the staff was soo helpful and friendly. Especially Andrea, She was so sweet and answered every question I had and made the experience a very good one. I was in and out very fast..I'm excited for my new aligners. Will definitely reccomend you everyone..
