Went here this morning to get fitted for my new smile, and I came across the amazing associate, Destiny. She made me feel welcome, and very comfortable about the whole process and how it worked. I’d give her 6 stars if I could. She made the process painless and was thorough about how it all worked. Can’t wait to see the results! My aligners will be in a week from now to start the process. Thank you again for everything Destiny you’re a rockstar! By the summer I’ll have a new smile and my summer body! New me who dis? Lol!

All honesty, this is one big scam. They don't follow any of their policies. And when you try calling them to solve the situation, you either get hung up on or they lie, say they're going to solve this situation. And you just never hear anything back from them. Don't fall for this if you have this get your money back.

Had issues so I called customer service. They are so rude and totally not helpful. I was lied to several times, they don't document their phone calls and anything they say they will do to solve the issues.

My sons had appointments set up with Smile Direct under my name. The appointments were under my name because we never followed up when they were under the age of 18. Now, at 19 we set up appointments with the new promotion. They were told that they couldn't get the promotion as it's only one per email. When it was explained to Destiny that as minors they were always under the parent's name, she couldn't understand.
