Worst experience and still experiencing. On top of them pulling the $250 deposit out of my account twice and then making me pay another $250 (total $750), when I call to ask about my refund they act as if they have no idea what I’m referring to. The wrong aligners were printed and then multiple orders canceled without my permission. Poor quality of retainers that cracked and lack of customer service with multiple calls to fix the issue. Total waste of $2000.00 with no return after multiple messages and calls. Don’t use this company!!!!
Horrible experience, they charged me immediately and three months later, I'm told that they are ready to ship and two weeks later that they aren't even in manufacturing yet. Worst customer experience I have ever had.
