Dr. Nickens is the best dentist I have seen in the Lancaster area. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy. Excellent personable staff!

I used to go to Smile Builders where I was told I had an ugly smile every time I went, so I stopped going to the dentist. Almost 6 years later, my family recommended Smile Designs, and I absolutely love them. They have never talked down to me, and everyone there is just so sweet! I was even able to get a chip in my front tooth fixed that the dentist at Smile Builders refused to fix. I never want to stop smiling now. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Nickens and his crew are the best. I actually enjoy having my teeth cleaned at Smile Designs.
