What a great first visit! Phyllis, the hygienist, was thorough, knowledgeable, and most pleasant. Dr. Arora was atypical in the sense that she did not rush at all as is often the case with dentists. She too is knowledgeable and so very pleasant. Based on this initial visit, I plan to make this practice my regular one now and for the foreseeable future.
They were amazing! My son can be very shy and they made his appointment great! He felt so happy afterwards, that he said he couldn't wait to go back again!
Making the first-time appointment was easy! The office is conveniently located, so finding it was also easy. No waiting, right in with technician, then the Doctor. The staff was friendly and clearly caring for my Dental treatment. The outcome from treatment was positive, very positive experience! I'll be back!

First off, I want to say that I have always DREAED the dentist! I have major anxiety and it would play a major factor to going to get my cleaning. The staff here is AMAZING! SO SWEET! They did everything they could to make me comfortable and let me tell you, they DID! The doctor is so sweet, attentive, and very clear and honest. She was very understanding and made me feel so comfortable. I strongly recommend this doctor!
I’ve been going to Bright Smiles for quite awhile now. The entire office is filled with friendly, outgoing staff that actually get to know you. Every visit feels like I’m dropping in to visit with friends. Their services are quick, gentle but thorough. Highly recommend them for children and adults!!

Very pleasant, friendly experience. Everything explained, concerns and questions answered clearly, recommendations made, no pressure, any expected charges disclosed before work is done.
Dr. Arora and her staff are very nice. My 12 year old son is scared of dental cleaning. Dr. Arora handled him very well and he has no complaints.
