I would not recommend Smile Designs or Dr. Rauchwerger based on my experience. Yesterday, I had a temporary crown placed, and it fell out during the drive home. Unfortunately, this is now the **third time** this has happened to me. The first two temporary crowns also came out unexpectedly and were swallowed, requiring entirely new temporary crowns to be made. I’ve been a patient at Smile Designs for a little while now and just finished my journey with Invisalign. I am so impressed by the results! The staff here are so professional and easy to talk to. I used to be afraid of the dentist but now I look forward to my appointments.
I was terrified of Dentist's. Beyond any comprehension of fear. Two days before I would get anxiety attacks and mentally prepare for pain. Coming to this office I needed ALOT WORK to get healthy. They are AMAZING, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It's a beautiful thing to be able to overcome fear when the doctor's staff and front desk are well mannered, empathetic to the needs and fears of every patient.
