Come here if you want to wait 2 hours in the waiting room everytime. I wish this was an exaggeration. Overpriced too. Please avoid this place. I would prefer to have my teeth moldy than come back here.
This Orthodontist has been great for 3 of our children. However...lately wait times have been drastically increasing often in excess of an hour sitting in a waiting room. Staff do not inform you of how long your estimated wait is, they do not call you to let you know the service is running late and offer an estimated time. This has happened at both Hurstville and Miranda to our family on numerous occasions. The whole team is very kind and professional except for Belinda, the lady at the front desk. She's rude and cold and gets annoyed if English is your second language. I never feel excepted when she's there please do something about this.
I received braces a few years ago and was treated by Chrys Antoniou, who is a highly professional, kind, skilled orthodontist. I am beyond grateful that I chose to receive braces at Smile Design. My teeth were extremely crooked and I needed a complex procedure as there was little to no space for my teeth to shift (I required extracting four teeth to make space).
