As a walk in my expectations was blown away greeting was awesome I was here make an appointment and able to be seen in the same hour and treatment was great compared to the other place I went to……not too go on forever my visit to the smile was awesome thank you for the opportunity to experience this for myself kudos keep up the good work
If you want your teeth done or you need dental work, don’t go to Smile design Dentistry . The staff are very unprofessional And instead of putting the patients first, they put profit first . We went there the first time my wife needed a X-ray and evaluation for dentures . Then she decided she didn’t want to get the dentures so she didn’t go back . They billed United healthcare for $11,414 and at that visit All she got was a dental examination for dentures and an immediate denture impression . because of some medical issues, ... read more
I was treated with rudeness, indifference, and total disrespect. Statements or questions were barked at me. Attitudes of uncaring-no concern. Hateful dispositions. This dentistry needs a clean out of personel.
From the front desk helping me with a very difficult insurance issue, to my hygienist being the best cleaner and most consistent friendly follow up and check ins I’ve ever had(45yr m). They are great
Great experience with Leah (Dental Hygienist!). She was gentle , kind and used humor to ease my anxiety! Kudos Leah 👍🏻
