This company has been messing me around for over a year. I needed dentures. They extracted my teeth. Then they put me off for 2 months. Then they said I had to go to their office in Lithia which is an hour away. I am 75 years old and still don't have my permanent dentures. Now they told my insurance company the implants have failed. I have lost weight due to no teeth and they don't care. All I get is the runaround. Don't go to them. They even had the nerve to tell me I had to go to Orlando to get my dentures.

I would not recommend smile design to anyone especially this location! The staff at the Lithia office is very unprofessional. I went into the office to have a procedure done and as I am having the procedure done the tech tells the specialist “ oh the guy from last weeks appointment has to come back today because you’ve made a mistake and he is still experiencing pain.” I was flabbergasted by the audicity of the tech to have said this to the specialist as I was having work done on my tooth.
