Well my experience with Smile Design changed today when I found out that the $2k I spent on a root canal / crown was all for naught because they botched the root canal and now it is infected. I'm now in pain and the only answers are "oh well sorry, it happens sometimes." They were kind enough to give me an estimate for the $2k-$5k it will take to "fix" the first $2k job.

I will never go back to this practice again. Today I went in for a cleaning and check up that is covered by my insurance company completely only to find out after services were rendered that this practice had changed me ,without my knowledge, to a higher maintenance plan. I was charged $67 which I was not expecting to pay. No explanations, no apologies… There are too many dental practices in my town to put up with this. By the way, I never even saw a dentist today…
