What a great experience at a dentist office. Great staff & well experienced in every aspect. They made me feel comfortable & cared for. My new best friends.. It's 2025 now & Smile Design has a new dentist. He's awesome & knows what he's doing. As usual a great staff even tho they were short handed this past Tues. they did an awesome job. Thank you all
God the office people here are awful. Every single time we needed a prescription they did something wrong (sending it to the wrong place or not doing it at all). They cancel all the time. There's also some assistant who keeps messing procedures up. The actual dentist (who I believe left, good for him) always seemed rushed. Finding a dentist is absolutely hell
I am an Army veteran and I chose Smile Design because Dr. Terry is also a veteran. During my initial consultation Dr. Terry recommended that I get several crowns. I was in agreement. On my return visit, another dentist came in and informed me that Dr. Terry was on leave. I was already laying back in the chair, so I allowed the new dentist to proceed with putting in 2 temporary crowns. After he started the procedure, he informed me that I would need a root canal.
