I needed an Endodontist, I live in Lakeland. My insurance, United Healthcare called several offices too help me find an Endodontist, Smile Design excepted my insurance, I needed 4 root canals. I went to 2 dentist, had xrays from both and referrals. First Smile Design said Nov 5th, then told me to get referrals faxed to them, I have a PPO, not necessary, but was in so much pain, I did it.
