Dia Murshed is awesome, she really take special care in making you feel comfortable and relax. She goes above and beyond in what she is doing, with important information on taking care of your teeth.

I would give -100 if I could. By far the worst experience ever with a dentist and owner Jenifer Beck. From start to finish it was bad. The hygienist was terrible. She spent so much time on her computer that she just left me upside down needing to spit out the grit she left in my mouth. She also actually forgot one side of my mouth but said she didn't. She was so busy on the computer after every pass. Asking for a cup to rinse my mouth apparently angered the dentist who came at me like a raging bull. She was rude, agg... read more

Review hard to navigate, make it easy from main website and /or email link post service. Great team, with great intentions and client interfacing skills. Accommodated a semi-emergency situation for a new patient immediately by working them in.

Horrible don't waste your time they say they try to help schedule last minute appointment and then If life happens charges you fees and don't help at all go some place else don't waste your time here DONT GO

Dr.DylanHagerty at Smile Design Dentistry, West Chase location provided horrible service. On 12/18/ 017 Dr Hagerty performed root canal treatment, followed by porcelain crown installed on 1/5/018. The porcelain crown was installed without any pins and failed (fell off) within first 3 month. Office refuses to take responsibility for providing sloppy. failed job. Horrible Front Office Staff! She was rude and unorganized. She couldn't tell me my out of pocket responsibility and made ME talk to the insurance rep while I was in her office.. I finally agreed to an appointment, got seated in the chair, the nurse left the room to get the Dr and Heather from the front came into the room and told me I was late and made me leave! Smile Design off McMullen Rd, absolute worst pediatric dentist office I have ever been to. Course that total is 1, but we show up 20 mins early as directed to fill out paperwork for a 10:30 appt. Waiting room is full, 20+ parents and kids, all chairs, no toys, no books, and some political rant TV show on TV. 11:30 rolls around and I walk up to the counter to let them know we are leaving, and she insists on checking where we are in "line." I spoke to someone in the office who said my son wouldn't need new xrays since his were relatively new (from another local pediatric dentist), but at the visit they refused to see him unless I allowed for xrays. Why expose a child to unneeded radiation? I conceded and we were seen. During that visit (just a visual exam and consultation) the pediatric dentist (who would later do the dental work) said the office policy was to administer NOS. I just meet Dr. K and the Hygienist (Kim) today. Wow, I was so impressed with the knowledge that Kim shared with me. I have never had someone take such a personal interest in how I take care of my teeth. I left there feeling like they were old friends not my dental office. They all went out of their way to explain what they were going to do and what I should expect. I would recommend this office very highly.
