Dr. John and Dr. James are the dynamic duo of quality dentistry + compassionate care in Las Vegas! Their staff at both locations is friendly + professional, and Trinity went the extra mile to monitor cancellations and get my kids scheduled sooner (so they can be seen on the same day). The dental hygienists are gentle yet thorough and consultative. My kids just saw Crystal for their cleanings, and she was wonderful - kind and gentle and so nice! Almost anyone I know hates going to the dentist! Not anymore!!! Felt absolutely zero pain and with multiple injections!!! Highly recommend!!! Very professional
Incredible from top to bottom, beginning to end. I had a great experience with everyone I encountered at the office, and that starts with Dr. James! From the first minute of my first interaction, I could tell he's honest, compassionate, and competent.
I had an amazing experience at this location today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The clinic is spotless and has a calming atmosphere, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Dr. John who I believe is the owner was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. I will be back next time, thank you!
