Too many appointment reminders and confirmations via email and text messages
From the time I made my first appointment (shooting, throbbing tooth pain) until yesterday when Dr. Mackey cemented on my final crown, the overall incident was excellent. I went to see Dr. Mackey with a terrible toothache. Mind you, this was my first visit to this practice…ever. The doctor came in, asked me some quick questions, looked at my tooth, ordered some x-rays and was back in to see me within 15 minutes. Friendly, very professional service. You are very good at scheduling services, or changing them when necessary. I am currently going through a root canal and temporary crown placement and you arranged to have the whole procedure done on the same day. Very helpful to me.
