Great experience at downtown location. Really nice, welcoming, friendly people. I am impressed with Dr. Biggins and his team. Very professional. I can’t believe I’m actually saying that going to see the dentist is a pleasurable experience.

I wasn't a fan of the staff. I asked them to schedule my family about 40 minutes apart on one day since it was my only day off, and they did. So we went and got our treatments. Later, a staff member blamed me for setting up the schedule that way, saying it made her exhausted. Honestly, I didn't expect that kind of complaint from her. Bottom line, I'm not going back to this place or the Valleyview location. They're just not the same as they used to be.

All of my 8 back teeth had really old fillings that were deteriorating . In the last 2 years I’ve been in the chair multiple times for fillings, extractions, and crowns. I’ve been in absolute agony. Dr. Biggins and Tamryn have been primarily the dentist and assistant helping me. I can’t say enough about the dental care I have received from Dr. Biggins. My teeth were an absolute disaster. Dr. Biggins and Nicole did such an amazing and professional, while personal job. I couldn't believe the next day how good my tooth felt. It feels like it's been restored to it's original state. I'm really happy with their work and highly recommend them. Tim Walker
