They cancel my appointment and inform me 15 minutes before . Very unprofessional because I called out for work and they want to reschedule . Excuse was because dentist doctor call in sick. Like why can't someone else do it,can't be only one person. Just choosing some where else. Not worth being there or making an appointment there .
I've been coming to these guys for three years now and I'm satisfied with the treatment I've received. Then I took a couple years off from seeing the dentist and a problem arose and I called in and they saw me immediately to fix the issue. No, "where ya been?" - no hassles
My sister just went there to get a root canal and the doctor michael dounel was very rude. he started off okay but he started to rush my sister when she was signing her forms. She never got to finish signing everything in which the doctor snatched the forms from her. He was clearly in some sort of rush.
