I called to make an appointment for severe pain. I was told I could do an emergency walk in but since I live about an hour away, I wouldn't have made it in time. They were able to schedule me an early appointment next day. Even though my tooth was so bad no work could be done, Miss Jane saw how bad I was feeling and made sure they immediately tried to make me more comfortable and I was able to get in with the surgeon within a week. The company made employee changes, new dentists, and this has improved overall service in my opinion; however, I would like to be offered more recommendations for services like periodic cleanings and such to maintain healthy gums and such. I am a long-term consumer and hope everyone can give Smile Dental a try.
