i like the fact that they text for every visit needed, i dont like to answer unknown phone calls, so texts work best for me. my kids love their braces, at such young ages, and i love that we have a place near home that can be trustworthy. the only set back i have, but fully understand, is that i spend over an hour at each appointment. they so take their time with each patient, i just have to make sure there's nothing i've got going on around the appointment time, if i do, i just reschedule, they're very understandfull in tha... read more
