The best dental office in Springfield!! They are so kind and truly want to help you and make sure you're taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. David and Dr. Baker for all your dental needs!
This Dentist office is freaking amazing! The staff is kind, patient, and respectful. They take the time to answer my questions and explain what is going on with my teeth. My teeth are in terrible shape but the people at Smile dental are changing my smile for the better! I love the part that you can make payments before the appointment so you don't have to fork out hundreds of dollars on that day. They are giving my convenience back with my smile! 100 out of 10 for sure!
Beware! If you are an Insured Patient, Smile Dental may be charging you "appointment" fees on top of the member responsible amounts dictated by your insurance provide for covered services. Be sure to review your EOBs carefully and don't let Smile Dental gaslight you into thinking that these are acceptable fees. I had to file a Complaint with the Missouri Attorney General's office to get a refund of the 3 appointment fees I was charged.
The lady over the phone didn't explain that the could only get me in for xrays today and that they were booked out until November fir cleaning . Didn't find that out until I was already in a dental chair and wasted my time after canceling an appointment I had somewhere else.
