This was such a different experience from my last 2. Staff so friendly and professional. Got my results same day so no dreaded waiting for results. The place was beautiful and I loved the nice robe!
Just went in to have a tooth pulled, and I’m on schedule to get a couple more pulled… Dr. Baker was very professional, yet personable… He was very attentive to my well being during the procedure… and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and friendly… If you’re looking for a new dental clinic, I highly recommend Smile…
Do not go! I have been sent multiple bills for hundreds of dollars for covered services! Spoke with my insurance company to ensure payment was sent, I paid my co pay. Then got a call from the office saying I owed a fee for the dentist seeing me. A special fee, according to the dentist office, that is not sent to insurance because the dentist isn’t paid enough with insurance. Ok, so renegotiate your insurance agreement! Dentist Michael and his assistant's Mary and Sophia were SPECTACULAR with my 2 year old. It was our first time in a dentist office for my child and they went ABOVE & BEYOND. They're out of network, but it is SO worth the amazing, genuinely pleasant experience. God Bless this dental office. You made my fear lay in the hands of Jesus. Thank you, beyond words.
