I got referred there from my family member i had a appointment but was waiting for insurance to come through, my insurance finally went through which was medical and the dentist was so rude spoke to me like I was stupid, when I walked In they didnt even acknowledge me I went there in pain from a cracked tooth and they didnt even explain if I needed antibiotics or anything they were just rude rude rude. And NO help

I didn’t have the best experience at this location. I went in to get my teeth checked after years without a cleaning, and I’ve been experiencing significant pain in my bottom molars. Unfortunately, I felt that the dentist dismissed my concerns and quickly suggested a night guard without fully addressing the source of the pain. This discomfort comes on suddenly and is intense—enough that I’m bringing it up, and that says a lot considering I’ve given birth. I left feeling unheard and frustrated, which was disappointing.
