This is an awesome practice - very knowledgeable and incredible customer service! I'd strongly recommend this dental office - I've been going to them for over a year now, and I've since referred all my friends and entire family because they are that great! The dentists are very knowledgeable and friendly, I absolutely LOVE my hygienist and the entire staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. Great technology, great staff! One of things I appreciate most about SmileCharlotte is their use of technology to set appointments, send appointment reminders, treatment follow-ups, etc. This new Patient Portal is just one more step in allowing patients to participate in treatment options and knowledge without necessarily taking up inordinate staff time. NICELY DONE!
