Excellent service, good facilities and the staff is very friendly.
Excellent facility!!! Great customer service. The communication between the hygienist and Dr was seamless. I was a little skeptical when I was informed that the appt may take up to 90 min but it was time well spent. The meticulous time you all spent was well worth it and provided me with reassurance that I was in the right place for dental care.
Justin was great at cleaning my teeth; very professional. And Dr. Kirwan, as always, provided expert care in a very caring way. Total professional.
Both of my girls are seen by Dr. Lombardo at the Smile Center. The dental hygienists, Jenny and Jessica, did an awesome job and were experts at getting the girls to cooperate. Dr. Lombardo is amazing. She answers all our questions and takes as much time as we need to talk through everything. She is extremely professional and competent. The girls love the dentist so much that my six-year old reminds me when it's time for another check up!
I was referred to the Smile Centre from my best friend who was a patient a few years ago. My 5 year old son had his 2nd ever dental appointment today with Dr Kiser and dental assistant, Jessica. They were amazing! My son has sensory issues and they were able to calm him down enough to get through the exam. They were very patient with him! They gave wonderful suggestions for upcoming appointments and my son walked out saying, "see you tomorrow!" I am happy that we chose the Smile Centre for our dental clinic!
A huge thanks to Anne Marie for fitting us in at the last minute before the college man headed back to school! Always appreciate the friendly atmosphere that accompanies the professional care.
I was very impressed with everything at the Smile Center; from the digital registration, to the kids entertainment area in the waiting room, to the care and patience they had for my children during their exam. It was a great experience all around for me as a mom, and for both my 4 and 2 year olds! I would recommend them to anyone!
I'm very thankful and impressed by the thoroughness of examining and cleaning my teeth. The hygienist and Dentist took the time to explain about the condition of my teeth and answer any questions I had. Definitely look forward to having them care for my teeth.
The dental office has always been my LEAST favorite place to be. That said, the Smile Centre has been an exception to the rule. Adult waiting area, kids play area, state of the art set up, awesome staff. I actually don't mind the visits anymore and that's a huge credit to them!
