I had a very uncomfortable experience at this dental office. It felt loud and disorganized, and some of the dental hygienists came across as unprofessional. The appointment felt rushed, like they were more focused on getting through patients quickly than providing proper care. I was also concerned by what I saw in the back. Some of the people working there looked very young, and it wasn’t clear why they were there or what their role was. The people at the "Smile Center" in Farmington are great. They are professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Would give them a thumbs up.
Ease of availability. I got the appointment within a day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was handled perfectly right from enrolling new patient till the check out. Definitely will visit again and make it my go to dental clinic. Thanks to the team.
