This place doesn’t feel like a dental hospital at all …extremely unorganized and unprofessional service throughout the process …the place is extremely loud as if you were in some tile polishing shop …I’m not sure why the receptionist is coming and standing next to the patient while they are cleaning…I’ve got my cleaning done here but it is extremely painful compared to other places I got it and the tools they are using seemed pretty old or metallic grinding while other places used rubber ones …it caused severe pain during th... read more
I had a truly horrible experience at Smile Centers in Farmington. The staff was immensely rude, and without my permission or even asking if I wanted a cleaning, they just proceeded to do one. To make matters worse, I was made to switch rooms multiple times throughout the visit. I left the clinic in pain. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
