Good result and great staff
Extremely unprofessional!!! The desk was left unattended for 15 minutes, I wasn’t greeted. The clerk was very rude!!! After paying my consult fee of $125, I waited 30 minutes to receive my change and receipt. The plan that Dr.Battle had for my treatment was inaccurate and wrong. The total was also inaccurate. My images weren’t taken professionally enough to determine what needed to be done with my braces. I would NOT recommend!
Staff was very attentive and caring. 10/10 would recommend
I went to my new patient exam and they got me in for a cleaning at the same time. Very fast and efficient. I was only there 1.5 hours.
