I scheduled my appt one month in advance just to be told the same day of my appt that iw as not on the list, your staff is so useless and lazy... never coming back here.

Went in for an evaluation on Wednesday. Office said insurance had everything covered when I left. Got a call from their collections department on Monday. No call or message from office about my insurance. Just straight to collections. No thanks. Cancelling all appointments for my self and my kids. Never dealing with them again.
Made an appointment with a text confirmation and everything— showed up and they had no record of me. Called their call center to reschedule and they moved me to a different date. Called me back later to say they weren’t accepting patients on that day. Gave me an incorrect number to a different location. Rescheduled me for a third time, then called again to cancel it on me. I spent hours trying to see a dentist and was never helped.
Brident Dental have gone above and beyond with scheduling and providing services including an exam and crown replacement for my father. Conveniently located, accommodating and friendly staff and great dentist have made it a great experience so far!
