My experience with management. Jessica. was extremely disappointing. Jessica was consistently unprofessional and disrespectful, speaking to patients in a condescending and hostile manner. Basic professionalism was completely lacking. What made it worse were the discriminatory comments and attitudes I personally witnessed. It's always bad when all the positive reviews sound suspiciously similar and all the other reviews are incensed and real.
Very disappointing experience. My first appointment was canceled due to weather, which I understood. However, when I tried again, I showed up for my scheduled 2:00 pm appointment only to be told upon arrival that they don’t see adult patients on any day except Wednesdays twice a month. This was never communicated to me when the appointment was made. Wasting a patient’s time like this is unacceptable. My kids and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Murray, Irene and the rest of the staff. We went today for our 6 month check up and as always my kids were ecstatic to see their dentist. The orthodontist was there and noticed my son was laying in chair SO RELAXED. Some fear the dentist an my kids DON’T. All thanks to Dr. Murray and her staff. We live very south nowadays and my kids REFUSE to change dentist and that’s fine I will continue to come here until they’re too big to see her.
