Both appointments were longer than I expected. Second appointment I was better informed what to expect. Do feel they took their time and made sure everything was done right.
My dental experience was good.
It was great,great staff.
There are some small things that would help. In other dental offices, they offer sunglasses to block the bright light that is on my face. The bright light for that long starts to give me a headache. The dental assistant didn't use suction as often as I prefer. I think I have over-active salivary glands, but I had to ask her to do it, or wait longer than I wanted with saliva in the back of my mouth. At the end, the dental assistant didn't give me a bag with a new toothbrush and other things, and instead left it behind... read more
Excellent experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Jones was able to diagnose an issue my previous dentist missed. Highly recommend!!
