This was Quentin's 2nd visit to Friendly Smiles. His first visit to the dentist didn't go as well. He was pretty overwhelmed and didn't want to even sit in the chair. I was pretty sure that today would go as well as the last visit but the hygienist assured me that it was okay if he wasn't interested yet. Very professional and courteous The reception desk staff were very nice to work with and answered all my questions. The dental assistant was very polite, friendly and professional.
