This place is clean, fancy, focus on customer service, friendly and surprisingly helpful staff. Focus is on sellling the braces but they are indeed friendly.
Staff are amazingly friendly, office is clean and nice. Focus does seem to be on selling the braces though.
I had a stellar experience at Smile Cafe. From the greeting and timely in-take, to the skilled, thorough, and personal staff and Doctor - I couldn't be happier! After three years in NYC, I've finally found my Dental Office!
This was a waste if time appointment. Was scheduled for a teeth cleaning, and fix a chip on my front teeth. All I got was x-rays and see you on April 1st for yohr teeth cleaning and nby the way your insurance foes not cover the chipped teeth work. The insurance company never said that and was predented an estimate that was totally ridiculous and unaffordable.
Your office is Beautiful & your staff was beyond pleasant! I really enjoyed my time at Smile Cafe and definitely referred your services to my friends and family! Thank you so much and keep up the good work
I had a great experience
overall very friendly staff, hygenist was careful with my teeth. i would have liked to look at my x-rays to see my teeth, what's good, what's not good. i would also like to know a little bit more about my teeth grinding that the dentist told me about. i don't believe i do this, but would like to see pictures of my teeth
I was greeted warmly and they helped me with my dental phobia!
I have already recommended this dental service to my husband, and will recommend this office to anyone I come accross who is looking or in need of great dental work.
