Very professional, quick, and my mouth looks/feels amazing!
Staff is very professional and accommodating. They don’t try to push for extra services and are very honest.
I felt very comfortable, no wait time and everything was explain properly.
I had a wonderful experience at Smile Cafe. Getting an appointment was not difficult and Christy was very helpful. The front desk person Nir ( who always have a ready smile ),was so nice and personable. Norys, the hygienist , was fantastic. She was very thorough cleaning my teeth. She was very patient and resourceful on how to deal with my strong gag reflex. Unlike other hygienists, Norys did not give up cleaning my back teeth because of my strong gag reflex. I'm a new patient just starting Invisalign, but so far everything is great! The staff are friendly, efficient, on time, and take the time to answer questions, which is important for a year long process like Invisalign. The scheduling / billing staff are also very easy to reach over phone and email, which is a big change from other busy dental offices in the city.
Dorris Rena gave me the most thorough teeth cleaning of my life! and polished all of my teeth not just the front ones! I finally found the one! They worked with my financial situation and gave my girlfriend a great deal on Invisaline Thank You Smile Cafe!
Great Dentist, awesome service. Not really more that needs to be said, but they come across as extremely knowledgeable about things you wouldn't expect. Dr. Noor was explaining to me about how your teeth can affect your posture and how this can cause pain or headaches. As someone who has professional experience in physical therapy, I found this to be very impressive.
Dr. Noor was fantastic and really thorough. I was super impressed.
