After a few minutes of waiting, I was brought into the office by a friendly staff member who was kind and patient as he explained every step of the process. Dr. Noor was also incredible nice, guiding me along and answering all of the questions that I did and didn't ask. This was my first "adult" dental visit and he was very supportive. There was a bit of confusion with scheduling and insurance. The provider was listed under my insurance on ZocDoc, but other reviews I read cautioned to verify which insurances they accept. The receptionist told me that they weren't actually in network but would see me for complimentary xrays, exam and cleaning on my first visit. However, I did not receive these services from the doctor during my visit. Everyone in the office was very nice, but the whole process was very disorganized and confusing.

I was very pleased with everything!! The appointment went well, and I thought my hygienist was so great and thorough, and Dr. Noor was so nice! I hope to definitely be back!

I came in for a cleaning and can honestly say I had the best experience! Definitely a pleasant surprise as far as dental visits go. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and thorough. Definitely recommend.

After my first visit, I was thoroughly happy with the service. As I walked in, I seemed to interrupt a conversation between the woman who greeted clients as they came in and another client, but the woman was so very nice and I felt welcomed as I entered. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Melanie, was extremely nice as well and answered all of my questions after the cleaning. I have been to several dentist offices before but Smile Cafe is the only one that not only has advanced technology, they also have a great team. My cleaning wasn't just a great cleaning - it was let's talk and see if you have any concerns and they addressed those concerns and any concerns they had. They have better equipment so they can take better x-rays and do full panoramic - which i feel gave them a better idea of what the heck is going on in my mouth. Dr. Noor is pleasant and welcoming. The doctor was very kind, thorough, and informative. He really took the time to hear my concerns and address them all fully. I left with a plan for healthy teeth and a smile on my face!
