It is rare to say you have a personal connection to the staff of a doctor's office, but I really find that I enjoy talking with everyone in the office to from receptionist, to billing, to hygienists, to dentists. Everyone is really friendly and takes time to get to you know, and remembers you 6 months later when you come in again for a cleaning. I actually really dislike everything teeth related but the overall experience makes going to dentist not that bad.
I made my appointment for 10am on a Friday and was called at 9pm the previous night to change it to 9:30am. I said OK, and arrived shortly before 9:30am (filling my paperwork out at 9pm the night before when I was asked). I was asked multiple times if I filled out my paperwork and was not seen until 10am anyway. (?!) I made the appointment assuming I was seeing Dr. Daniel Noor, however I was seen by someone completely different who did not introduce themselves. My dental hygienist was very sweet and helpful. Dr. Noor is so kind and I look forward to working with him in the future.
My first time visiting this office and it was a excellent experience. All of the staff were very friendly and they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My favorite part about the visit is how well the staff explained to me the details of my oral health.

Dr. Noor was excellent and his staff were so caring and attentive to my problem. I hope to see them soon to get it taken care of.
The service was amazing. I wish they had a bigger space. Also, the only thing was the wait. There was a bit of a wait even though there was only one other person sitting in the waiting room with me. I got there first, and it was a long wait till anyone even got to the front desk.
Great, courteous and friendly service. The staff is very accomodating of your schedule, and respectful of your time when you are there.
