I can't complaint with the service. It is above expectations.
Very nice office. Staff were very nice and helpful. If definitely recommend this place.
Overall good experience, but it's confusing with multiple doctors fielding patients. There can be more efforts to personalize the experience, my longest interaction was with the receptionist (who explained the pricing plan to me) and the assistant. Saw the doctor for a couple minutes. And when I was leaving there was another doctor to see me out. Not sure what the structure is but it seems a bit unorganized.
I bought a Groupon deal for a teeth cleaning at Smile Café. The staff are very nice and friendly and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The dentist fully explained my procedure and xrays, and gave good advice as well as a goodie bag when I was leaving. I will return for follow up procedures and would recommend Smile Café to friends and family.
I returned for a cleaning and exam because of my hygienist, Cortney. She's terrific!
Smile Cafe,is one of the best dentist in New York City..i highly recommented.
If you are looking for a full Invisalign for lower price, Smile cafe is the only option for you
You'll get your teeth fixed, but don't expect to have the best customer service.
Dr Noor was extremely kind and listened carefully to my concerns regarding invisalign braces.
