Melinda was very rude
Took my child in for a routine dental appointment at the scheduled time, expecting a proper check-up and cleaning. Unfortunately, the visit was extremely disappointing. The dentist barely looked at my child’s teeth for what felt like less than two minutes—there was no real cleaning, no fluoride treatment, and no meaningful examination. It felt rushed and incomplete, especially for a children’s dental visit. Great experience! If I had not moved out of the area, this would be my dentist for life. Great staff, friendly, reliable, honest, and caring. They are affordable and flexible! I highly recommend them.
Update: After seeing the dentist response to my review and getting a second opinion, I gave my visit some more thought. I realized that almost every issue here was the hygienist. I would give them another try, but I don't want to ever interact with her again. Tl;dr: total bait and switch. They don't perform cleanings at appointments for cleanings and want to charge you more than your insurance permits for everything. Then they ghost you if you argue.
