Great experience! If I had not moved out of the area, this would be my dentist for life. Great staff, friendly, reliable, honest, and caring. They are affordable and flexible! I highly recommend them.
Update: After seeing the dentist response to my review and getting a second opinion, I gave my visit some more thought. I realized that almost every issue here was the hygienist. I would give them another try, but I don't want to ever interact with her again. Tl;dr: total bait and switch. They don't perform cleanings at appointments for cleanings and want to charge you more than your insurance permits for everything. Then they ghost you if you argue. The only dentist I have been to that was worse than this place literally pulled out my wisdom tooth without numbing me all the way. So believe me when I say I know bad dentists. Smile By Us is by far my best dental experience. I went in with some shooting pains, only to realize a root canal and new crown would be needed. During a holiday week, the team went above and beyond to get me scheduled the next morning, have a temporary crown made, along with rush ordering a permanent crown to be put in before I left for an international trip. Z, Lucy, Dr. Joe, and the front desk staff were exceptional. They were thorough, communicative, and made my experience a very positive one. I could not recommend them ... read more
