There are plenty of ignorant people in the valley to upsell to , and I won't be one of them. I like how they ask for two forms of credit cards on the application. I was suprised she they didn't offer me a time share or pre-paid legal while I was there. I went there for a simple teeth cleaning, and after one hour and 46 minutes of paper work, X Rays, and upselling, I walked away thinking I had six months to live. Shame on You!
I went to this place about a year ago. They had a sub do my cleaning. Horrible pain.. I started crying. Then I needed to get a tooth pulled and the lady was so rough and then shooshed me when I yelled out from the pain. She also didn’t pull everything out because I’m now being told I still have a root hanging… I wouldn’t ever go back there. The only one person I liked was the young lady that was suppose to originally do my cleaning. She did my right side later on and was very gentle. I was a new patient this past summer. I have had an ongoing excellent experience. I felt listened to, I feel my health is improved and I have had all my work completed, all I have left is clear aligners- "braces!" I am thankful to have met Dr. Beth. I feel that a lot of my life has become more calm and falling into place. I feel that she is caring of people more than about teeth. Funny, get your teeth "fixed" and it improves everything....even your smile! HA HA
Love love love Dr Beth been coming to her for almost 2 years now. It’s always a warm welcoming when I walk in so that’s a big plus. She is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I think you will be very pleased to have someone like her who keeps you on your toes about your dental hygiene. I lacked a little bit with mines but because of her and her team I stay on top of it. You won’t be disappointed at all.
Dr Beth is great!-Lyndon, Tammy and all the other people there really care about you and your smile! I am really happy that I found them. Thanks guys!
