Amazing team. From the front desk staff, to our dentist. As a mom I was very happy and I would highly recommend this dental office to other mamas. From the moment we walked in to the minute we left it was an amazing experience. We are new here but based on our first visit it's obviously they care about children's dental health. I had a great experience with Smile Arc Dental Group throughout my entire 18-month braces treatment. My case was a little more complicated because I had an impacted canine and needed to create enough space for a future implant, and I really appreciated how coordinated and seamless the whole process was. I can't even tell you how amazing my experience was with Dr. Salehi at Smile Arc. I chipped and broke my front tooth, and honestly, I felt so insecure about it. It's the first thing people see when you smile. I went to my previous dentist first, and they wanted to do all this extensive work crowns, the whole thing. It felt like a lot. Worst Communication I have ever experienced! I was not informed of my co-pay when booking my appointment. Then I had to get rescheduled by them and still wasn’t informed about my co-pay. Which gave them two chances to notify me. I have no problem with a co-pay but when it is over $1000 and I dont find out until I have drove 30 minutes there for them to tell me, well thats a problem for me Please do better!
