Very pleasant surroundings and a professionally competent staff. While going to the dentist can often be a stressful experience, these folks make it relaxed and interesting even at 8 o'clock in the morning. 🦷🪥
So I’m one of those panicky dentist patients… like over board scared of dental work… I’m gonna say that this is the first dentist office I have been to that completely handled me with care… from the front desk to especially the dental assistant (sooo caring and helpful) and the dentist himself. Betty is friendly, professional and efficient...administrative services are seamless; scheduling, insurance, billing, check-in/check-out processes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Smile Advanced Dental Care in New Braunfels. Dr. Matos performed a very difficult extraction on a broken tooth and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. At no point did I feel any pain, which honestly amazed me considering how bad the tooth was.
