They are so awesome with both my girls
They didn't let me calm my 5 year old down. As soon as he started crying they basically pushed us out the door. The dentist was talking over my son crying.Not even giving me a chance to understand. They were rude and when I went back in to try to understand what happened they were talking and laughing about My son screaming. How unprofessional! The Dentist was mean and disregarded the fact my son was scared. It was humiliating for us both. He claimed there was no one else in Laramie who would help us. Way to go and throw you... read more
If you can't get someone in for an appointment just say there is no appointment available. Don't say you can get them in and then leave them hanging for 30 minutes when their appt time rolls around. Especially when your policy is to reschedule if a patient is 10 minutes late. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the way they were with the kids. I just can't justify wasting that much time sitting around.
