The entire staff from the moment we walked in the door were so friendly. I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone!
The staff is wonderful with my 3 and 5 year old. They really know how to work with kids and make sure they are comfortable. I love the kid friendly environment and Dr.Matt is amazing with my children! We also love all the little attention to detail like the train track high above that goes around the room, tvs on the ceiling with headphones and tokens given at the end of each appointment to get a prize out of one of the toy machines. We always have a great experience!
All three of our kids go to Smile Station and we have always had a great experience.
Another great experience at Dr. Hohenstein's office. We didn't even wait 5 minutes to be called back. My son had recently started in orthodontic treatment, so I was concerned with his oral hygiene. They allowed me to come back with him and reassured me that he was doing well. They told us what he could work on. Dr. Hohenstein and all of his staff are wonderful! Very rare to see dental hygienist in a pediatric office. This just shows how this office puts the patients best interests first.
We were in and out within 15 mins!! That was amazing. Nice work Smile Station.
As my very young daughter had some sensory issues and freaked out while at her first appointment at our regular family dentist, I asked around and a few people suggested Smile Station. I had never heard of it before but in the years since we began going there, I've heard more people speak highly of it, so word is spreading. Such a positive atmosphere! Great staff and the dentist my children had was very welcoming! Great sense of humor. Honest, and informative! So excited to come back in a few weeks with my son!
In the afternoon of 9/1/16, I took my child to Smile Station Pediatric Dentistry. The visit was completed within the time frame presented to us. The staff was courteous and polite and left my child smiling after the procedure. Excellent customer service. Our family will be using Smile Station Pediatric Dentistry in the future.
Everyone is so friendly and spends the amount of time needed with the patient and family!
