We love Smile Station! Every staff member is helpful and friendly! Our kids love going there! They've gone out of their way to be accommodating each time and I would definitely recommend them!
Never have problems. Love the dentists and techs! Everyone makes the experience there fun and worth going for all fun goodies they get after words. Great place with tvs in ceilings and toys all over. Train set goes round the whole office. Every time my kiddos go they get excited instead of dreading the dentist!! Love our Dr. Bryan. He is silly, fun, and so up beat every time we come in. I have 3 kiddos and not once have my kids ever walked out scared, hurt or sad about any procedure done!!
I have a 2 year old son with special needs. He has significant vision impairment that causes him to easily get over stimulated and physically distraught. He especially is sensitive to sounds and things in or near his mouth as both can be very hard for him to see the source as safe or welcomed. As a result, the dentist is a pretty overwhelming experience for him. The Smile Station staff is very patient and friendly with him. Always a great experience at Smile Station. Dr. Carstens is awesome and his staff is fun and friendly. We have never had to wait past our scheduled appointment time and are always in and out quickly! Great job to all the staff at Smile Station!
My son was very scared since he is young and his was his first visit. Both the assistant and Dr. Rick were so nice and quick with my son. They both asked me multiple times if I had any questions. They made me feel comfortable as well since I am 9 months pregnant.
We couldn't be happier about taking our kids to Smile Station! Dr. Matt and his staff are wonderful.
The hygentist and dentist were both so good and amazing with Kinlie. Everything was explained in detail with really no need to ask questions. I felt the dentist was very honest and gave great feedback and was so good with Kinlie.
We love Smile Station! They get us right in when we have emergencies and do a fantastic job making my kids feel comfortable. We love both Dr. Matt and Dr. Rick!!
