I believe it was Kristen who was helping out dr Matt with Bennetts fillings today. Bennett is 3.5 and did so well but I think Kristen and dr Matt were part of the reason he did so well! The experience was positive and I am so glad! I don't want my kids to be afraid :) thank you so much!!
Kids are always put at ease and the staff is very patient and helpful.
I brought my 21 month old sons in for their first dental exam/cleaning. We were welcomed with a warm smile and a great experience! Our Dental assistant was more than helpful! She was gentle, kind, and very educational! She explained every step of the appointment before doing anything! Any questions that I had she was able to answer! The experience was great! Thank you!
I thought my daughter would be scared beings this was only her second appointment here. Instead she did great and it made me so proud. Thanks to all of the staff there being so friendly and making it fun for my daughter.
The smile station makes me feel like I am part of their family they have created with in the facility.. Extremely kid friendly from the lay out to the dentist/ assistants. Very fast, yet thorough and excellent work. I always recommend the smile station and never anything bad to say.
I had a double appointment for by 2 year old and my 5 year old. I was stressed and trying to prepare myself for the drama. From the time we walked in until we left or was simply amazing. Everyone was so friendly. My children were guided through each procedure in ways that comforted them and did not frighten them. They had plenty good distractions for them like the TVs on the ceilings, the prize coins, and the awesome Trains. I appreciate the follow up emails and reminder text messages. I'm not dreading or next visit.
It was my kids' first time at Smile Station. They did a great job with my son who was really nervous. They were patient with him and worked at the pace that made him comfortable. And everyone was very friendly!
