The entire staff made my daughter feel comfortable.also explained what they see and what we can do to help her she loves the dentist now
The Smile Station was recommended by our pediatrician and it was the best experience for our 2 year old! The staff was very kind and patient. They made sure our son felt comfortable and took the time to let him calm down. We live in midtown Omaha and had to drive out west, but it was worth the drive! So happy we found a great dentist for our kids.
Always a good fun painless experience
We love Smile Station! All 3 of my children ages 14, 13 and 9 look forward to their dental visit! It's amazing from the time you are greeted by the front desk to the amazing dental hygienist in the back.
My daughter had to get a cavity filled and both the hygentist and the dentist were awesome! The hygentist was so loving and kind to her when she started getting scared and the dentist, like always does a great job explaining exactly what he's doing. They were done with the procedure very quickly and my daughter got TWO prizes for doing such a good job. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!
My daughter had a cavity and the staff put her at ease. WONDERFUL AND LOVING staff! Thank you for all you do!!
The staff was great with my 9 year old....she had her first cavity and was a wreck about coming to get it fixed. The staff reassured her about what was happening next and took excellent care of her worries. It was a success and NO tears!!
The look and feel of the office is kid friendly, allowing them to relax and have fun right off the bat! The hygienist used kid friendly terms, which is always helpful. My kids were easy, so their jobs were easy... hopefully if need be they know how to deal with kids that aren't as easy! I would bet this is the case, as they have the other details taken care of!
They were so nice and patient with my little ones :)
