Dr Matt and his team are very patient and worked really well with my nervous son. Everyone was so kind, from the care providers to the front desk staff.
I love Smile Station for my kiddos! They are always quick, gentle, and very kind to my children. I am honestly blown away by the way they comfort the kids, explain the procedures, and get them in and out in a such timely manner.
We love Smile Station! My children are 15, 14 and 10 and they have NEVER complained about going to the dentist. It is quite the opposite. I often get asked "mom, when is my dentist appointment"? Simply the best pediatric dentist office!
Our little one was very nervous and put up quite the fuss. The staff was patient and did an amazing job trying to calm him down and keep him there. We are always impressed with their speed. Dr Matt is amazing and caring and has an abvious passion for his job! The facility is very nice and clearly children were the inspiration in design and decor. Highly recommend smile station!
I am a single parent (dad) who needs every minute of every day. Smile Station is like a well-oiled machine. The waiting rooms are never crowed and the staff are very professional. Just amazing how everything works in concert there. Really helpful to get in and out quickly!
My son had to get two permanent teeth pulled to make room. They made him comfortable and everything went very smoothly. They are always so nice and do a great job.
My daughter had to have her first procedure today and the staff and Dr Bryan made it super easy for her!
Helpful and friendly staff that are really good with kids. We have been visiting Dr. Matt for seven years with our four kids. The office staff always courteous and helpful. My toddler was nervous and took the time to show and explain what they are going to do in an age-appropriate and friendly manner.
My children have been seeing Dr. Hohenstein for years, but today was the first visit for our 2 year old. He and his staff have always made my children feel comfortable, but toddlers can be a new experience. They did great with her and made it fun, no fits or tantrums, she handled it like a champ. The environment is kid friendly and they provided many distractions so that she felt comfortable and like she was having fun.
