All staff made my son's first visit go smoothly. He came with a smile and left with a smile.
Being only two I knew I was in for a fight with my son, but it was quick, painless and informative.
I am continually pleased with the care that my children are given at the smile station. They are also very good about timeliness. I wouldn't switch dentist for the world.
Smile Station came recommended to us by our regular dentist (non-pediatric) and another pediatric dentist who was unable to take us that day. We wanted to get in right away after our 14 month old fell and knocked out her front tooth. We were worried and stressed (our baby was just fine, but mom and dad were traumatized!), and the staff and Dr. Hohenstein at Smile Station took great care of us. With a newer location opening up near our home address, I decided to switch over to this dentistry due to a bad experience with the one prior. Although it did take awhile to get in initially due to being booked, once visiting the first time I can see why so busy. The friendliness and overall atmosphere/experience put my kids at ease. Overall, I was very pleased.
Immediately when you walk through the doors, you see a clean, organized, modern, and fresh office along with friendly smiling staff! I could go on and on about how phenomenal this office truly is but I'll cut it short. The atmosphere is incredible for children. Staff is amazing! All have smiles and greet you, even while working with others! Dr. Matt is very friendly, thorough, calm and PATIENT!! One of a kind office and will not go anywhere else!

Third visit to Smile Station today, Dr. Rick and his staff are always phenomenal. Extremely personable, kind, and caring. Upon leaving there was a misunderstanding about my balance from a previous visit. Brenda, the Office Manager, answered all my questions and handled the situation quickly and professionally. I appreciate the time and care that your staff provides for my littles and myself!
