All of the staff are friendly and professional. They understand kids and are patient with them when they may not be so eager to cooperate. Staff is great at talking the kids through what to expect to decrease their anxiety and help them have a pleasant experience.
My 2 1/2 yr old came in today for her first visit. Katie did an outstanding job of welcoming my daughter and made her feel comfortable. Dr. Brian was also very kind and patient with her. It was a great experience and we appreciate their great work with kids. Thank you!
I have been so impressed with Smile Station! Both times I've taken my daughter in they have made it fun and exciting for her! She is not usually comfortable in unfamiliar situations and comes right out of her shell at Smile Station! Their staff are wonderful and make it all about their patient. They work hard to make children feel comfortable, being scared of the dentist is a thing of the past thanks to Smile Station!
Dr Matt is fantastic! My daughter had to have two fillings and she barely knew it happened. So thankful for their thoughtful procedures.
This is a warm environment from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. They are patient and loving toward the children. We will never go anywhere else.
My son's appointment was extremely quick and professional. He was not happy to be there but the dentist was very quick, thorough and patient.
Everything is great from the way the staff is with the children my only issue is we arrived about 10 minutes early checked in and satin the waiting area for about 15 minutes after our appointment. I went to the front to ask if they are behind or how long until our appointment, and she was like oh you haven't gone back yet?.?.? The all of sudden an assistant came to get my child for their appointment. Either they didn't check us in or they should've let us know they were running behind. So wonderful all the employees they are always making sure my daughter feels comfortable.
Dr. Matt is probably the best pediatric dentist I have encountered. It shows that he truly loves what he does, he interacts and educates my daughter during her appointments and always has a smile on his face! We are also so happy to have the new office in our Northwest Omaha neighborhood!
