The kids like the new places
As soon as we got into the office they had us taken back and they were so nice and friendly to both of my girls. Jocelyn is only 15 months and she did amazing but I think that is because of the friendliness of the staff. I refer your office to all of my friends!
My boys love it here! They love the train, tv and prize at the end. Staff and dentist are great with kids! In and out with no trouble.
Really love the people who work here. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable from the second you walk in the door. Felt a small bit hounded by email, text and phone calls to confirm our appointment.
Dr Rick and everyone at Smile Station exceeded my expectations and made my 5 year old feel comfortable. She is wanting to bring all of her friends to see Dr. Rick
My son had an appointment for his first ever fillings, and Rick was awesome! He knew exactly how to calm my son down, talked him through everything, and made going to the dentist to get a cavity filled seem like fun. We were literally out of the office in 27 minutes. It couldn't have went better!
Everyone we encounter at smile station is so friendly to my kids. They know how to talk to kids and make them feel comfortable at the dentist office. My kids actually WANT to go to the Dentist office, especially to see the train!
The nurses and dentist, Dr. Matt, are always so amazing with my boys. My oldest had to have a filling done, and the dentist was so extremely patient with my son who has major anxiety when it comes to getting his teeth worked on. My youngest was with me as well, and the assistants all took such great care of him to allow me to be with my oldest during the procedure. The whole team is wonderful and so caring! We brought my son in after he injured his mouth. He was nervous because he was in pain and the staff was so patient and reassuring. The appointment was made last minute and they fit him in so quickly. Thank you for caring so much!
